About us

Satit Bilingual Private School of Rangsit University operates two schools, one next to the university and the other one in SBS Chiang Mai. It was opened in 2004, nearly 18 years since the starting of the university.

It teaches pupils in Primary School from ages 7 to 11; Secondary school from ages 11 to 18; and the Senior School for students who get admitted to the university. According to the website of this private school, 73 percent of students achieve A*, A, B, or C, and B. The school runs over 100 co-curicular activities.  

The school follows the International Baccalaureate or IB and the Bilingual International curriculum for both primary and secondary education. The school also encourages learner-centered education based on the learner’s style of learning. Students are also scheduled to take extra and co-curricular activities to enhance their education and physical competence. They also acquire social and interactive skills.  

The extra and co-curricular programs include academics, sports, technology, arts, and music. Physical exercises ensure the children become active and do not fall into the persistent use of technology and mobile phones to become inactive in life.

Curriculum at the Satit Bilingual Private School 

This private school in Bangkok follows the International Baccalaureate or IB and the Bilingual International curriculum. The school follows the International Baccalaureate or IB Primary Years Program from K to P-5. It then provides the Cambridge International School curriculum for middle and secondary school from P-6 to M-6. The school supports the inquisitiveness of children from the early age. Given this, students and learners learn to synthesize information, ask questions, observe, and collaborate with the rest.

Facilities at the private school

Location, fees, and admission

One of the two schools is located in Bangkok at Muang Ake, Phahonyothin Road, Lak Hok, Mueang, Pathum Thani. The other one is in Chiang Mai Moo 11, Tambol Banwaen, Amphur Hangdong.

The online admissions process involves a Skype interview for the Kindergarten/Early Years kids, primary (Admissions test and interview) and secondary (CEFR and interview) levels. The cut-off for admission for all levels is June 1. For instance, to join K1, a child must attain the age of 3 in the current year. To enter primary school, the student must attain the age of 6 by the same date in the current year.

Students are allowed to pay school fees in instalments. The amount of tuition fee varies from 209,000 THB for Toddler - Kindergarten 3 level to 312,000 THB in M4-M6. The other fees include application, admission, security deposit, bilingual program fee, and dormitory fee.
