Wellington College International School follows the English National Curriculum, modelled after Wellington College UK and enhanced to develop global competitiveness starting from the English Early Years Foundation Stage. The Early Years are divided into seven areas including communication and language, literacy, mathematics, social development, physical development, understanding the world, and expressive arts and design.

Years 1 and 2 in the Key Stages build on motivational, experiential learning with greater focus towards structured thinking, supplemented by a variety of enrichment activities alongside the curriculum. Years 3 to 6 highlights the Wellington Identity at its core: Inclusive, Intellectual, Independent, Individual, and Inspired as Senior School prepares students for their IGCSEs. They can choose between A Levels and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in sixth form.

Extensive, learning-focused sports activities, performance arts programmes, and extracurriculars are optional for Years 1 and 2 and compulsory in Year 3 onwards.
